Payment
We allow for payment online after check out of the cart if making a purchase on the website. However, we also operate either a cash-on-delivery service and this applies ONLY for Lagos residents. If you are in Lagos, you do not necessarily have to pay ahead of delivery. Only ensure you have the right amount of cash on you when our delivery agents come around. Also, we allow for pick up from our pick up centre in Festac Lagos for only confirmed orders.
- Outside Lagos Purchases
For outside Lagos purchases, customers must make payment before book is delivered. We offer delivery via EMS Courier, Jumia shipping , GIGLogistics, EDS Logistics or ABC Transport. Our delivery partners have so far been on top of their game and they always deliver. We have shipped over 2000 items through our delivery channels and not one has failed to deliver.
- Risk of loss
We assure that goods purchased from us would be delivered in good condition. However, if your item is reported back to us as lost in transit which has never happened since we started this business, we assure you that you will get FULL refund of the item you paid for.
- Returns and Refund
Goods delivered in good condition are not returnable. However, if we supply the wrong item or if the item is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one as soon as we receive your complaint. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs. All refund claims should be accompanied with the original invoice and receipt of payment.Please allow for 2-3 business days for delivery of your items within Lagos and 4-5 business days for delivery of your item to locations outside Lagos (onforwarding locations within Nigeria attract an additional N1000 to the shipping cost, terms and conditions apply)
